The artist is also among the pioneers in the use of Artificial Intelligence technologies in artistic projects. Inspired by the character Roberta Breitmore, Hershman Leeson develops two female AIs, Agent Ruby<\/em> (1998-2002), an interactive, artificially intelligent web agent with a female persona, and DiNA<\/em> (2004), a continuation of Ruby in the form of an artificially intelligent female character able to converse with the viewers, who learns by processing internet content.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
