We modified this machine by adding sensors that measure the user’s various body data.

On a scale between 0 and 100 an ego level is indicated and in the background a portrait of the artists can be seen. When a user touches the two sensors on the machine, an indicator needle starts to move vigorously.

Additionally a mysterious sound is created during this process. Each user generates a different measurement that translates into how much he or she likes the artists.

Once the measurement is completed, a mechanical counter adds one more number. Every exhibition and interaction adds to the ego increase of the artists.

Represented by Galerie Charlot Paris – Tel Aviv[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]More works

Interactive Plant Growing (1992)
A-Volve (1994-1995)
Life Spacies I & II (1997-1999)
Haze Express (1999)
The Living Web (2002)
NanoScape (2002)
MobileFeelings I & II (2003-2004)
Eau de Jardin (2004)
Life Writer (2006)
The Value of Art (2010)
Escape (2012)
Portrait on the fly (2015-2018)
Egometer (2017)
Neuro Mirror (2017)
Scavengers (2020)[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]

[vc_row][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_gallery type=”image_grid” images=”14571,14574,14575″ img_size=”full” css_animation=”fade-up” css=”” hover_effect=”opacity”][/vc_column][vc_column css_animation=”fade-up” width=”1/2″ shift_x=”0″ shift_y=”0″ z_index=”0″][vc_custom_heading text=”Egometer (2017)” use_theme_fonts=”yes” css=”” font_size=”16″ text_align=”left” font_weight=”600″][vc_column_text]”Egometer” consists of an antique ammeter that was previously used for teaching physics in schools.
